​

1.  Refer a friend, colleague, or business associate to purchase our all-inclusive startup package:

• Nonprofit Startup Package – $720

• LLC Startup Package – $650

2.   When new client pre-pays the full invoice for any package, you’ll receive a 10% commission, as follows:

• Nonprofit Package: $72 per pre-paid referral

• LLC Package: $65 per pre-paid referral

 

3.  Both packages include state incorporation fees. The 501C3 filing fee is not included in the Nonprofit Startup Package.​

Referral Eligibility

​

• For the referral to be eligible, the new client must mention your name in either:

  • The 501C3 Intake Form (for nonprofit referrals)

  • The LLC Worksheet (for LLC referrals)

Payouts

 

Referral payouts will be issued immediately via Cash App or Zelle once the referred client’s full payment is processed.

 

Terms and Conditions​

• Referral payments are based on full advance payment of new client's invoice.

• Self-referrals are not eligible.
